By & Havn's new app, KBH Havn, is your guide to the harbour. Whether you love swimming, sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking or fishing, you will find lots of advice, regulations, tips and tricks in the app.

The entire Copenhagen Harbour in your phone

What activities are available in the harbour? Where is the nearest swimming spot? How strong is the current by the sluice? What is the water temperature? Where can I paddle my SUP board? How high is the UV index? Where is the nearest toilet? Which species of fish can I catch in the harbour – and where and when?

Since its launch, the app has been updated on several occasions on the basis of feedback from users, who have sent in constructive criticism, praise and suggestions to havneapp@byoghavn.dk.

Future versions will additionally focus on rowing in the harbour as well as provide content for pedestrians and cyclists along the harbour's quaysides.

Cookie Policy:

The app KBH Havn does not use cookies to collect personal information about you as a user.

By & Havn does not log data about your use of the app or your interactions with the content. However, cookies may be used by third-party partners, such as DHI, DMI and findtoilet.dk, who supply data to the app. These third parties may use cookies to collect information about your use of their services.

Privacy Policy:

By & Havn respects your privacy and does not store personal data about you as a user of the KBH Havn app. Any configurations, such as home screen selection and language, are stored locally on your own phone and are not shared with us.

If you give the app access to your location, this location is not saved by us. We do not have access to - or store - information about your location. We strive to ensure that the app works with reputable third-party partners, including Apple and Google, who provide your phone's map elements. Do you give the app access to your location, to show e.g. nearest bathing places, this is used in the map function provided by Apple and/or Google, such as Apple Maps and Google Maps. We recommend that you review their privacy policies for additional information on any data collection and use.

The KBH Havn app collects and presents data from several external parties, including DHI, DMI and findtoilet.dk. It may therefore be possible for these third parties to collect data, including personal information, when you use their services via the KBH Havn app. We therefore encourage you to read their respective privacy policies for more information about their data processing practices.

Please note that as the KBH Havn app is still in development, there may be changes to our cookie and privacy policy in the future. We encourage you to review these policies regularly to stay informed of any changes. Changes will also be presented on the front page when using the app.
